Another workout...
Warmup-- leg swings, scap pullups, arm swings, upper body stretches
Strict press:
Bar x 8
55 x 6
65 x 4
85 x 3 x 3
**3-4 modified rope climbs (below) in between each set
4 rounds:
Bar curls x 12
KB snatch x 10
Med ball straight leg sit-ups x 12
